to Order Medals
The link below will take you to our order form for the commemorative medals. It
is important to note that all service details must be completed to ensure that you are
eligible for the respective medals. Please read carefully the medal information page and
fill in all details on the order form as requested. If you have any queries please feel
free to contact RSM Awards directly.
Spare Ribbons
Spare ribbon for the RSM range of medals is available in any length in both the full size
and miniature ribbons. The standard length supplied for mounting purposes is 300mm (12
inches) for full sized medals or 200mm (8 inches) for the miniature medals.

Presentation Box
You are able to purchase empty Boxes with vacuum-formed inserts for both medal sets and
the full sized medals.

Medal Mounting
Court and Swing Mounting
RSM provides a mail Service for medal mounting.Many request medal mounting when ordering
medals.
Swing mounting is where the medals are able to swing on the bar
Court mounting is where the medals and their Ribbons are fixed to a backing board so that
they give a rigid presentation when worn on the ribbon bar.

Engraving
RSM is able to provide computer generated engraving on all medals. The engraving
personalises your medals with details such as your name, Rank and Serial number as well as
the area of your service.
We ask that when you are supplying the engraving
details that you print the information for ease of reading. The ideal number of lines on
the RSM medals is four (4) lines with the suggestion as follows:

UNIT OR UNITS SERVED
PERIOD OF SERVICE
Please remember that the more engraving details
requested the smaller the letters become.
For the miniature medals we recommend two (2) lines of engraving.
NB All engraving on the medals appears in capital letters unless you specify
otherwise.

We have a most extensive range of medal clasps for
Full Size and Miniature medals.The full size clasps fits ribbons up to 32mm width with the
miniature clasps fitting ribbon widths up to 16mm. The clasps are available in bright
Nickel or Gold and are of the highest quality, which are easy to fit to the medals.
RSM Awards has developed full size and miniature
Nickel and Gold Clasps that are made to order. The system developed by RSM allows you to
further personalise your medal to nominate your special areas of Service eg 25 years or D
Company 2nd Battalion etc.

Ribbon Bars
A range of ribbon Bars are available ex stock. Other ribbon bars can be made to order
consisting of up to four (4) ribbons on the one bar. However it is important when ordering
more than a single ribbon bar to advise information on the ribbons requested as we will
have to determine their order of precedence unless otherwise specified. If you have
ribbons from previous awards we can also add them to a tailored made ribbon bar.

PLAQUES
RSM Plaques are produced to the very highest quality using Redwood stained Wooden backing
boards with your details engraved on a heavy brass plate. The board is completed by using
replica badges of the Navy, Army and Airforce Logos to display your areas of service.
Association Plaques will carry the Association Logo if requested. The boards are available
in two sizes.
